Cancellation Policy

The client is allowed to reschedule but is required to give PeakRN no less than 48 hours' notice. Should the Client cancel his/her/their session less than 48 hours before the session start time, the session will be forfeited, and the forfeited session will not be refunded. PeakRN will make every effort to reschedule Coaching Session, and the Client agrees he/she/they will make scheduled sessions a priority to attend. If the Client is more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is lost and considered a missed session.
