BECOME A FHM INSTRUCTOR

Service Description

Instructors have the opportunity to participate in the FHM program at various levels. Instructors in all levels must: Maintain AWHONN membership at all times Follow FHM Program administrative guidelines Teach a minimum of 25% of each course (Intermediate – includes lecture & skills stations) Maintains feedback scores of at least 4 in all areas of content (Instructor Trainers 4.5 in all areas) INSTRUCTION LEVELS Intermediate Course Instructor Intermediate Course Designated Instructor Advanced Course Instructor Advanced Course Designated Instructor Intermediate & Advanced Instructor (teach both courses) Designated Instructors for both Intermediate and Advanced Courses Instructor Trainers​

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations or changes to your class date must be made 3 days prior to start of the course otherwise all fees are forfeited.
