General Use

Content shared on this site, including courses, coaching materials, and resources, is for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

PeakRN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Coaching, Workshops & Programs

By enrolling in coaching (1:1 or group), workshops, or programs, you agree to participate in good faith and take responsibility for your own results. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or legal advice.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and honored as a priority.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

1:1 Coaching: You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours are forfeited and non-refundable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered missed.

Group Programs: Due to the nature of group learning, missed sessions are not refundable. Recordings or materials may be provided when available, but live participation is your responsibility.

Workshops & Courses: Refunds are not available once the workshop or course has begun, unless otherwise stated at registration.
Digital Products

Audio Series: If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a 100% refund after completing a 15-minute feedback call with PeakRN.
Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (including Wix Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit cards). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these providers. PeakRN LLC does not store your payment details.
Limitation of Liability

PeakRN LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of our content, coaching, or programs. By participating, you agree to hold PeakRN harmless from any claims related to your participation.
